  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
  • ​Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or not in the size you requested, please contact us for immediate exchange or refund.
  • There is no charge on refund items, however, there will be a shipping charge on certain exchange items.
  • Items to be returned/exchanged must receive an email with your request and sent back within 7 days from the date of receiving your package.
  • ​Please note that merchandise must be sent back in their original conditions, unworn, with the tags in order to be refunded/exchanged.
  • We do not offer refunds on certain pre-orders. 
  • We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays & Saturdays and public holidays.
  • Orders will be processed when the authorized payment is received.
  • Regular orders take 1-12 days to deliver depending on your location.
  • Pre-orders; once you receive an order confirmation, it takes 7-10 business days within the GCC region and 10-15 business days to Arab countries and 15-25 business days to make & ship worldwide.
  • Shipping fees may vary according to destinations.
